I recently stayed at the JW Marriott in Rio de Janeiro and found both highs and lows during my visit. The location is fantastic, right by Copacabana beach. but some aspects, particularly cleanliness in the rooms and service at the lounge, left much to be desired. While the pool area was enjoyable and the breakfast offered many choices, the overall experience did not meet my expectations.
